New release of AND/PTV-world map

UP-TO-DATE WORLDWIDE GEOGRAPHIC DATA

DDS has now released the annual update of the AND/PTV World Map for 2009.

Over 12 Million kilometers of routable road networks are now available for immediate use in standard GIS and mapping applications. In addition to the road networks the dataset provides a gazetteer with almost 1 mio. places, 27,000 built-up areas and around 1 mio. kilometer of railway lines - all updated to the most current available version.
