Especially designed for entering driving routes and distances in personal discussion, now DDS offers valuable support for interviewers conducting market or mobility research with the Trip Tracer.

The easy-to-operate software from PTV AG that runs on Windows XP was developed to enable interviewers conducting market or mobility research to quickly and precisely enter route data. Thanks to the easy-to-understand map display of the entered ground points the recorded routes can be checked for correctness directly on site with the interview partner.

In addition to the colored marking of the distances traveled based on means of transport actually used the Trip Tracer also offers the advantage that not only the stages recorded in public road systems can be considered, but also shortcuts through parks or over private property can also be considered. Moreover the Trip Tracer includes 116,000 points of interest for Germany, and in addition offers the possibility of entering the interview partner's comments and integrating them in the map display with pinpoint accuracy.
