Christian U. Haas
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Christian U. Haas has over 20 years of international management experience in the software and technology industry. Prior to joining PTV, he led a European provider of digital solutions for financial services. As CEO he initiated and significantly advanced the company’s transformation from a traditional software supplier to a SaaS company based on artificial intelligence applications.
Previously, Christian U. Haas was Executive Vice President Europe at FIS, one of the leading global providers of financial technology solutions.
Haas began his career at Dresdner Kleinwort Benson and Deutsche Bank.

Dr. Karsten Kölsch
Karsten Kölsch has 18 years of experience as CFO. He worked at Hugo Boss AG for 16 years, eleven of them at the German parent company and five years at the largest foreign subsidiary, Hugo Boss Inc. During this time, he helped shape the company's international growth process.
Karsten Kölsch studied business administration in Münster and Cologne and began his professional career in business at Philips Kommunikations Industrie AG.

Andy Myers
Andy Myers has a proven track record of steering financial growth and enhancing operational efficiencies within the technology, automotive, and aerospace industries. Most recently, he showcased his expertise in financial management and strategic planning during his tenure as CFO at the software company Suse.
At Umovity, Andy injects a fresh perspective and leadership into the Finance, Legal, and Corporate Procurement departments.
